Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed quickly and efficiently.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
